We at Gotham Shuttle Service are always looking for hard working people to join our team. If you feel you are the next Gotham Driver please follow the 4 steps to complete your registration. When completed, one of our account managers will get back to you. Please review and submit all the required documents in order to expedite the process. You will need to have the following Documents on hand, (Drivers License, Social Security Card, Vehicle Registration, Proof of Insurance, Pictures of your vehicle inside and out & a voided check or direct deposit form) please include your Full Name and Telephone number in the message field.
Step 1:
Download the following required forms and fill them out completely. When you are finish, upload the forms in
step 2.
Step 2:
Upload the following documents: 1) Drivers License, 2) Social Security Card, 3) Vehicle Registration, 4) Proof of Insurance, 5) Two Pictures of your vehicle inside and out, 6) a voided check or direct deposit form,
7) Independent Contractor form 8) The Driver Requirement Form 9) 1099 e-Delivery Consent Form. 10) Headshot Photo 11) Employment Authorization Card (If applicable)
