Business Developer Registration

We at Gotham Shuttle Service are always looking for hard working people to join our team. If you feel you are the next Business Developer for Gotham Shuttle Service, please follow the 2 steps to complete your registration. When completed, the Operations manager will get back to you. Please review and submit all the required documents in order to expedite the process. You will need to have the following Documents on hand, (Drivers License, or State Issued photo ID, Social Security Card & a Voided Check or Direct Deposit Form) please include your Full Name and Telephone number in the message field.

Step 1:
Download the required form(s) and fill them out completely. When you are finish, upload the forms in Step 2.

Step 2:
Upload the following documents: 1) Drivers License, 2) Social Security Card, 3) a voided check or direct deposit form, 4) Independent Contractor form, 5) 1099 e-Delivery Consent Form, 6) Non-Compete Agreement (The Non-Compete will be emailed to you.)
